β¨ About The Role
- Responsible for total rewards, employee relations, accommodations, and leave administration
- Develop and manage compensation programs including base pay administration, market pricing, salary grades/ranges, and incentive plans
- Provide recommendations for base compensation for new hires, promotions, transfers, and salary adjustments
- Process and administer state, federal, and personal leave of absence requests and disability paperwork
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
β‘ Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, preferred
- 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on benefits administration, compensation, leaves of absence, and employee relations
- Proficiency with Google Suite, MS Office, Mac, HRIS (Kronos/UKG), and ATS (Jobvite) is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to interpret and adhere to policies and procedures
- Ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality and discretion
