✨ About The Role
- Provide evidence-based medical care in state-of-the-art neighborhood clinics with a well-organized practice model
- Work part-time on a schedule of Sunday to Tuesday and every other Wednesday from 5pm to 12am at the Salem South Commercial clinic
- Enjoy unmatched work-life balance with no admin days and no on-call time, as well as scheduled appointments to avoid working late
- Receive hourly pay rates ranging from $70.00 to $88.00 per hour, with relocation assistance eligible up to $5,000

âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with 1-2 years of post-graduation experience in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care
- Ability to provide a mix of care including preventive care, illness and injury diagnostics, wellness exams, and procedures
- Comfortable working with patients of all ages and eligible to participate in the Medicare program
- Strong communication skills and ability to work confidently with on-demand access to a Physician
- Must be able to demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer
