✨ About The Role
- Provide a rewarding mix of care including preventive care, illness and injury diagnostic, wellness exams, and procedures
- Practice in state-of-the-art neighborhood clinics with a well-organized practice model
- Provide evidence-based medical care with on-demand access to a Physician
- Work 34 hours per week with a schedule of Wednesday - Saturday or Sunday - Wednesday for unmatched work-life balance
- Receive competitive compensation with a salary range of $125,000 - $140,000 per year plus bonus potential and shift pay
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with 3-4 years of post-graduation experience in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care
- Ability to provide a mix of care including preventive care, illness and injury diagnostic, wellness exams, and procedures
- Comfortable working in state-of-the-art neighborhood clinics with evidence-based medical care practices
- Eligible to participate in the Medicare program and demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a medical leadership team
