- This position involves providing comprehensive nursing care as part of the WellStar Enterprise Support Team (WEST) in a float pool capacity. - Responsibilities include implementing the nursing process, administering medications, and maintaining sterile techniques. - The role requires participation in training and staff meetings, as well as mentoring and precepting other nurses and students. - The candidate will be expected to stay current with BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications. - The job entails fostering teamwork and collaboration within the healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient care.
