- This role involves working full-time night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM in a 16-bed Intermediate ICU at Wellstar Paulding Hospital. - The RN will be responsible for performing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. - The position requires providing relationship-based, patient-centered care that is culturally sensitive and tailored to individual patient needs. - The RN will coordinate care delivery and documentation, ensuring safe and quality patient care through effective communication and teamwork. - Participation in performance improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice is expected to enhance patient outcomes.
