- The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care will be responsible for performing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- The role involves providing relationship-based, patient-centered care that adapts to the diverse needs of the patient population.
- The nurse will coordinate the delivery of safe, quality patient care and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
