- The Registered Nurse will function under the direction of the Office Manager and/or Physician, coordinating and providing safe patient care. - Responsibilities include performing the nursing process, which encompasses assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. - The role requires the nurse to address the biological, emotional, developmental, psychosocial, and educational needs of patients and their families. - The nurse will participate in performance improvement initiatives and support evidence-based practice in nursing. - The position involves proactive planning for patient care across the continuum and collaboration with care managers and other healthcare team members.
