- The Registered Nurse (RN) Infusion Clinician will function under the direction of the Manager of Infusion Therapy, providing safe and effective patient care in an outpatient infusion center.
- Responsibilities include administering chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other targeted therapies while ensuring adherence to clinical practice standards and safety protocols.
- The RN will be expected to perform the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- The role involves serving as a clinical resource to nursing staff and participating in staff meetings, in-services, and continued education.
- The RN will also have the opportunity to act as a preceptor for newly hired colleagues, fostering a supportive learning environment.
