✨ About The Role

- The position is for a full-time Acute Care RN in the Surgery/Bariatric unit at Wellstar Kennestone Medical Center.
	- The work schedule requires availability to work from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, three days a week.
	- Responsibilities include performing the Nursing Process, which encompasses assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
	- The RN will coordinate care through effective partnerships and ensure that care is tailored to individual patient needs.
	- The role involves practicing in a clinical environment supported by Nurse Managers and the Wellstar Shared Governance Model.
                            

⚡ Requirements

- A qualified candidate will have an Associate's Degree in nursing, with a BSN preferred.
	- Candidates must possess a GA or Compact Nursing License and BLS certification.
	- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of RN experience in a clinical setting.
	- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are essential for individualized patient care.
