⚡ Requirements

- A successful candidate will have graduated from an accredited nursing program and possess a current Registered Nursing License in Georgia or a qualifying multi-state compact license. - The ideal individual will have current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. - Candidates should be willing to obtain ACLS, PALS, or NRP certifications within six months of hire, particularly if applying for select units or departments. - Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as the role involves serving as an intermediary between patients, families, and healthcare providers. - The candidate should be committed to maintaining professional competence and participating in performance improvement initiatives.
