✨ About The Role
- The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients primarily in a rehabilitation hospital and LTAC hospital based on business needs.
- Responsibilities include performing initial and discharge evaluations, setting goals, and developing treatment plans.
- Daily documentation and charging in the EMR system are essential parts of the role.
- The therapist will educate patients, families, and staff as appropriate and communicate patient progress in clinical conferences.
- Participation as a member of the interdisciplinary team is expected, along with mentoring interns as needed.

- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with a Doctoral Degree preferred.
- A minimum of one year of experience in rehabilitation settings such as Rehab, SNF, LTACH, or Acute care is required.
- Candidates should possess a valid GA PT license or be eligible for licensure.
- Basic computer literacy is necessary for daily documentation and communication tasks.
- The successful individual will be a team player, able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
