- The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will function under the direction of the Physician, Nurse Supervisor, and/or Practice/Office Manager.
- Responsibilities include recognizing patient needs and symptoms in advance and providing care under the physician's direction.
- The role involves preparing patients for exams, assisting during treatments, coordinating tests, and recording treatment in medical records.
- Assisting with patient and family education is a key component of the job.
- The LPN will perform other duties as necessary to support the healthcare team.

- The ideal candidate will have recently graduated from a practical or vocational nursing program.
- A current and active license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Georgia is essential.
- Candidates should possess a current BLS card from the American Heart Association prior to the hire date.
- The successful individual will demonstrate competency and skills to serve patients of all ages, including neonate, infant, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
