- The LPN will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Manager, providing direct patient care to those with medical/surgical needs.
- Responsibilities include assessing and managing patients' total needs while following physician orders.
- The role involves coordinating care with RNs and other team members, as well as educating patients and caregivers.
- Participation in call rotation and weekend visits may be required.
- The LPN will also be responsible for attending staff meetings and continuing education to stay current in clinical knowledge.
