- The Lead Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will function under the direction of the RN Supervisor.
- This role serves as the lead clinical resource in the absence of the RN Supervisor at multiple locations.
- The LPN Lead will promote clinical competency and maintain clinical quality control.
- Responsibilities include leading and supporting survey readiness efforts related to back office clinical operations.

- The ideal candidate will have a diploma from a practical or vocational nursing program.
- A valid State of Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse license is required for this position.
- Candidates should possess at least one year of experience as a practical or vocational nurse.
- Experience in an ambulatory or outpatient setting is preferred, along with leadership or supervisory experience.
