About the W.E.S.T. Float Nursing Team

Join the Wellstar Enterprise Support Team (W.E.S.T.), a dynamic group of highly skilled and experienced nurses providing care across multiple Wellstar facilities in the Augusta region. As part of this elite float team, you will support a variety of units based on your specialty and system needs.

• Emergency Department (ED): Fast-paced, high-acuity environments where critical thinking shines.
• Medical-Surgical (Med Surg): Foundational nursing that builds strong clinical versatility.
• Intensive Care Unit (ICU): Advanced, lifesaving care for complex and critically ill patients.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• Minimum 2+ years of recent, direct RN experience in your specialty area (ED, Med Surg, or ICU) in a hospital setting

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)

Licensure and Certifications (depending on specialty):

• Active Georgia or Compact RN license
• BLS – Basic Life Support (AHA)
• ACLS, PALS, or NRP as applicable
