- The Behavioral Health Assessor will perform comprehensive assessments in both face-to-face and tele-mental health settings.
- Responsibilities include collaborating with care team members to ensure safe care delivery and transition planning.
- The role involves providing psycho-education and interventions to patients with psychological, behavioral, or substance-related disturbances.
- The Assessor will document all patient interactions and assessments in the electronic medical record.
- Participation in service line functions and initiatives as directed by Behavioral Health leadership is expected.

- The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work or professional counseling from an accredited program.
- A minimum of three years of experience working with adult and child populations in behavioral health settings is required.
- Candidates should possess strong assessment skills, particularly in conducting clinical assessments and suicide risk assessments.
- The successful individual will demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Experience in developing discharge plans and coordinating care for patients with complex psychiatric conditions is essential.
