✨ About The Role
- Handling inbound calls from patients, patient representatives, providers, and medical staff in a call center environment
- Practicing quality clinical skills and strictly adhering to established protocols to handle patient inquiries, requests, and medical triage assessments
- Referring medically related inquiries/requests and complaints to clinic staff for intervention and resolution when appropriate
- Assisting callers with general contacts including appointment scheduling, provider information, and medical records requests
- Documenting thoroughly all calls and actions taken within core systems

- Experience working in a healthcare environment with direct customer contact, preferably with a Florida LPN license
- Proficiency in handling patient inquiries, requests, and medical triage assessments while strictly adhering to established protocols
- Ability to work effectively in a structured, production environment and adhere to daily schedules and assignments
- Strong communication skills to assist callers with general contacts, appointment scheduling, and issue resolution
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and computer experience for data entry and navigation
