✨ About The Role
- Handling inbound calls from patients, patient representatives, providers, and other medical staff
- Practicing quality clinical skills and strictly adhering to established protocols to handle patient inquiries and requests
- Referring medically related inquiries/requests and complaints to clinic staff for intervention and resolution when appropriate
- Assisting callers with general contacts including appointment scheduling, general facility and provider information, and issue resolution
- Documenting thoroughly all calls and actions taken within core systems

- Experience working in a healthcare environment with direct customer contact is essential for success in this role
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to strictly adhere to established protocols are key requirements
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle patient inquiries and requests effectively
- Familiarity with medical office procedures and electronic medical records is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
