VitalCheck Wellness, as the administrative agent, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a corporate wellness clinic located onsite at a major financial institution in Princeton, NJ. The RN will be employed by a New Jersey professional corporation owned and directed by licensed physicians.

In this role, you will work alongside a Physician, Nurse Practitioner, and a Medical Assistant, supporting clinic operations, managing workflow, and ensuring policies and procedures are followed. You will provide care across primary care, preventive care, and urgent care services while educating and engaging patients in their wellness journey.

Responsibilities:

• Support Physician and Nurse Practitioner with patient care.
• Initial point of contact for patients, completing assessment and vital signs.
• Specimen collections including phlebotomy.
• Wound care and vaccine administration.
• Follow-up care coordination.
• Maintenance of emergency equipment.
• Oversee daily operations of the clinic, including but not limited to: patient care delivery, inventory management, scheduling, policy & procedure implementation & management, and patient engagement (through educational content and events).

Requirements:

• Clean active RN license in NJ.
• Active BLS/ ACLS certification required.
• Minimum 5-7 years nursing work experience in primary care setting.
• Phlebotomy experience is required.
• Highly organized; skill and ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient in technology including Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Must be a self-starter who is confident in making recommendations on improving processes while complying with regulatory standards, rules and laws.
• Customer service-oriented and have great bedside manner.
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working independently or with little to no supervision.
• Ability to adapt to change.
• Able to reliably commute to Princeton, NJ.
