- The Registered Nurse will be responsible for the direct and indirect total nursing care of assigned patients in the 4NE Medical Surgical unit.
- The role includes supervising assigned personnel and ensuring adherence to department and hospital policies and procedures.
- The position requires strong management and supervisory skills, along with the ability to retrieve and present information effectively.
- The RN will need to maintain certain certifications, including BLS, and may require additional certifications based on the unit's specialty.

- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Virginia or hold Compact State Licensure in Nursing.
- A minimum of one year of nursing or patient care experience in an acute care setting is required for this role.

- Experience in supervising assigned personnel and managing nursing care delivery is essential.
