✨ About The Role
- The Registered Nurse will be responsible for the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation.
- The role involves directing and coordinating patient teaching and quality/safety initiatives.
- The RN III will assume responsibilities as Charge Nurse and participate in departmental initiatives.
- The position requires participation in peer review and soliciting patient/family satisfaction feedback.
- The RN must maintain a current portfolio and participate in a committee to validate their involvement.

- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and preferably a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
- A minimum of 5616 hours of RN experience is required for advancement to this level.
- Candidates must possess a valid RN license in Virginia and BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential.
- The successful candidate will be competent in providing care across various stages of human growth and development.
