This role will be part of a care delivery team offering services across all age ranges in an acute care/urgent care setting that offers up to 23-hour observation. This is a great opportunity to leverage your strong ER or acute care clinical expertise and make a greater impact to patients by enabling you to make critical care decisions with optimum resources and access to key clinical data. The incumbent will be a key member of the continuum of care, supported by and collaborating with our primary care and multi-specialty teammates to reduce hospital admissions when clinically beneficial for the patient. Our practice model provides you with the tools and resources needed to reduce practice stressors, mentorship, and practice enrichment opportunities.
OptumCare Nevada is a multi-specialty group of physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants consisting of over 400 providers, 40+ medical health centers including high acuity urgent care clinics, convenient care centers, lifestyle centers catering to older adults, outpatient surgery centers, plus E-visits and online options via Now Clinic telemedicine technology. The salary range for this role is $135,000 to $160,000 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
