If you are located in Makati, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage Helpdesk tickets in a timely manner and resolve technical issues based on the troubleshooting steps provided
• Respond and analyze customer concerns via phone, chat and email using tools provided to support them
• Escalate issues to the next level tier according to the knowledge base provided
• Run diagnostics to resolve customer reported issues
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Must be a fourth year student of any IT or Computer Science Course from Asia Pacific College only
