The Senior Data Architect serves as the strategic and technical lead for designing, optimizing, and governing enterprise data models, pipelines, and integrations. This role ensures that data is structured, accessible, secure, and aligned with organizational goals enabling advanced analytics, data quality, and system interoperability across platforms such as Snowflake, Salesforce, MD Staff, Kafka, and Power BI.
The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with business acumen to guide the evolution of enterprise data architecture and mentor cross-functional teams in modern data design principles and best practices.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $132,200 to $226,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
