Position in this function is responsible for providing professional nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients under the supervision of a clinician or RN, Supervisor, or RN Charge Nurse. Delegates tasks as needed to professionals and para-professional employees. Coordinates activities and works closely with clinicians and staff to maintain efficient department functions and ensure the successful operation of the department. Responsible for performing operational duties as required under the supervision of the site administrator or designee. Familiar with the Model of Care and NCQA guidelines.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, daylight shift Mountain Standard Time (MST)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them
• Serves as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues
• Solves complex problems and develops innovative solutions
• Performs complex conceptual analyses
• Reviews work performed by others and provides recommendations for improvement
• Forecasts and plans resource requirements
• Authorizes deviations from standards
• May lead functional or segment teams or projects
• Provides explanations and information to others on the most complex issues
• Motivates and inspires other team members

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the State of NV or a compact license
• 1+ years of care management, utilization review or discharge planning experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing, BSN
• 3+ years of experience working in acute care
• 1+ years of experience in a clinical setting
• HMO Experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
