Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend innovative, cost effective solutions
• Present analysis and recommendations for operational and business review/planning
• Support short- and long-term operational/strategic business activities through business analysis
• Develop, recommend and implement business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes
• This is a complex, fast-paced, matrixed environment with a lot of moving parts. The challenge is in developing, enhancing and maintaining operational processes and models. You'll be expected to interpret and analyze large amounts of data from multiple sources and use it to tell a meaningful story

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement
• Working knowledge of process improvement strategies
• Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures

Preferred Qualification:

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
