Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for BeyondTrust's remote desktop product, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within the client's SaaS environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to remote desktop access, connectivity, and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain secure remote desktop solutions
• Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify and address potential vulnerabilities
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of remote desktop software and related components
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve support processes
• Provide training and guidance to end-users and internal teams on remote desktop functionalities and best practices
• Participate in On-Call support rotations to ensure 24/7 availability for critical issues
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualification:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
