You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Onboard and implement complex risk adjustment projects, including prospective and concurrent risk models
• Present analysis and recommendations for client success
• High volume data analysis to review client inventory and suggest pathways to success
• Serve as the subject matter expert in multiple different retrieval modalities, while supporting complex health plans, ACOs, and other care models
• This is a complex, fast-paced, matrixed environment with a lot of moving parts. The challenge is in developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. You'll be expected to interpret and analyze large amounts of data from multiple sources and use it to tell a meaningful story

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in medical record retrieval or risk adjustment
• Proven working knowledge of the US healthcare system
• Proven working knowledge of Microsoft excel and basic data analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the healthcare space

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
