We are looking for a Junior Engineering Manager to lead two small but impactful teams-one focused on 3rd line support and the a small agile development team. You will be responsible for guiding a total of 10 engineers, helping them grow, collaborate, and deliver high-quality solutions that make a real difference to healthcare professionals and patients across the UK.

This role is ideal for someone with a solid engineering background who's ready to move into a leadership position, balancing technical oversight with people management.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Leading two teams (3rd line support and a development team), ensuring alignment with business goals
• Supporting engineers in their day-to-day work, career development, and technical growth
• Facilitating collaboration between support and development functions to improve product stability and performance
• Contributing to technical discussions and helping solve engineering challenges
• Promoting best practices in software development and support operations
• Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and learning

Required Qualifications:

• Proven solid foundation in engineering, with experience in either support or development environments
• Proven solid communication and organizational skills

• Demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability in delivering high-quality solutions
