You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with business stakeholders and Product Managers who can provide insights into business strategies, trends, and opportunities
  • Partner with appropriate teams to coordinate solution activities
  • Partner with engineering teams on the creation of requirements and user stories
  • Ensure commitments are delivered on time and on budget, including identifying and resolving risks and issues
  • Utilize influencing skills to build a collaborative culture and foster relationships with strategic partners with focus on innovation, growth, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with stakeholders on creation of value story/business case and participate in capital funding process
  • Crafts a meaningful technology vision for the platform and communicates it to engineering teams, operational partners, and other stakeholders
  • Gathers and analyzes user and client feedback on our products (complaints, NPS results, user panels, etc.)
  • Gathers and publish metrics that assess product usage and health
  • Monitors industry technology roadmaps; Recommends innovation in digital and relevant channel strategies
  • Drives innovation into our product portfolio in collaboration with business, operational and technology leaders by identifying opportunities to use emerging technologies
  • Actively works across teams and products to find synergies and duplication; works with teams to leverage opportunities or remove obstacles
  • Negotiates win-win solutions across teams and lines of business (cross application / cross portfolio)
  • Enables new connections / relationships among partners across multiple portfolio teams
  • Guides leadership-level alignment across organization
  • Effectively presents product opportunities in leadership discussions / funding decisions
  • Drives forecasting and planning activities, including resource management (supply/demand)

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of technical product management experience
  • 4+ years of experience working in an agile or scaled agile development environment
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams with diverse backgrounds in a technical organization
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence others
  • Familiarity with software development concepts and comfortable reading and interpreting technical documentation and working with developers, solution architects and other technical staff

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Loyalty/rewards program experience
  • Experience in defining, developing, and maintaining platform-level scaled product solutions with diverse set of stakeholders and competing priorities between common-capabilities and specific internal-partner needs
  • Experienced in agile software development processes and tools
  • Solid communication skills and ability to influence leaders and multiple stakeholders with and without direct authority
  • Solid relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Solid analytical skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
  • Strategic thinker

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $132,200 to $226,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
