This Director and their team will oversee and support risk adjustment projects for our Medicaid population.
This role will be responsible for a deep understanding of the various analytical methods and statistical models used in Medicaid risk adjustment. This includes modeling potential gaps in care, financial projections of risk score changes, staying current with risk score model changes, risk score projection, and population risk modeling.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week. This role may include travel to the home office on a quarterly basis.

The salary for this role will range from $132,200 to $226,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
