The Enterprise Information Security (EIS) team is responsible for cybersecurity across our organization. We support our business and members by reducing risk, rapidly responding to threats, focusing on business resiliency and securing new acquisitions.

This position will be at the helm of trust office within the Enterprise Security Risk Office, responsible for overseeing customer-related activities by working closely with executive leaders to integrate security strategies into customer interactions.

This position sits within the Security Office focused on building backend support driving the office's centralized security strategy while translating technical security responses to external audiences.

Enterprise Security Office (ESO) has a Trust Office initiative aimed at enhancing market trust and improving transparency for clients and stakeholders. Its vision is to be a trusted security partner, delivering efficient communication and responses that drive confidence and growth.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the organization's security trust strategy, aligning with business objectives
  • Partner with key stakeholders within the organization to develop and implement a trust office that responds timely to clients' security related inquiries
  • Collaborate with client account teams on security commitments during the RFP and contracting processes
  • Represent security office in incident response and client meetings
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers and partners to communicate the organization's security posture
  • Monitor emerging security threats, industry trends, and regulatory changes, recommending proactive measures to maintain organizational trust and resilience
  • Mentor and guide the Security Trust Office team
  • Prepare and present regular reports to executive leadership and the board on security trust metrics, incidents, and program effectiveness
  • Maintain transparency through creating, updating and maintaining approved clients facing documentation and internal and external trust portals

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in information security, risk management, or compliance
  • 5+ years in a leadership role
  • 2+ years of experience building and scaling a Security Trust Office or similar function, including establishing foundational processes, policies, and team structures
  • Proven experience collaboration with cross-functional teams and complex security programs
  • In-depth knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and industry best practices
  • Proven exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualification:

  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $132,200 to $226,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
