During our 10-week summer internship program, you'll gain meaningful, hands-on experience at the nation's leading health care company while exploring what a career at UnitedHealth Group could look like. As a Corporate Services Intern, you'll contribute to impactful projects across key areas such as supplier risk, environmental sustainability, procurement operations, and data analytics and reporting.
Projects may include process analysis and improvement, documentation, data standardization, market research, supplier performance evaluation, and benchmarking against industry best practices. You'll be empowered to build relationships, drive innovation, and embrace a growth mindset. In addition to project work, you'll have access to curated training and development resources to build foundational knowledge.
As part of the program, you'll also participate in a Regional Minnesota Experience, designed to foster networking, professional development, and deeper engagement with our business and culture. This event brings together interns from across the region to connect with leaders, collaborate with peers, and gain broader exposure to UnitedHealth Group.
Successful interns may be considered for full-time employment in our two-year Rotational Development Program within the Enterprise Procurement team upon graduation. Our internship is rooted in our mission: helping people live healthier lives and helping the health system work better for everyone.
