You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the health analytics strategy to support enterprise-wide goals
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and value generation through data insights
  • Establish protocols for data validation, normalization, and integration from various sources
  • Supervise development of advanced analytical models (predictive modeling, risk stratification, cost analysis, etc.)
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and executive dashboards for key stakeholders and clients
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of recurring reports and ad hoc analyses
  • Collaborate with IT and data engineering to enhance analytics infrastructure (e.g., data lakes, warehouses, BI tools)
  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts, data scientists, and managers
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and analytical excellence
  • Oversee hiring, training, performance evaluation, and resource planning for the analytics team

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years working in healthcare claims data
  • 5+ coding experience in R, SQL, and/or python
  • 3+ experience with benefits design and strategy
  • Experience with employer sponsored health plans
  • Healthcare consulting experience
  • Experience guiding large analytics projects and developing strategy

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $132,200 to $226,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
