- The role involves making offers to candidates and following up on all offers made.
- The Hiring Manager will identify high-priority openings and source candidates through various means.
- Utilization of project management software for real-time tracking of candidates is expected.

- The ideal candidate will have an active and unrestricted professional licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of post-licensure practice experience is required for this role.
- Candidates should possess strong professional and articulate communication skills.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this position.
