✨ About The Role
- Responsible for measuring and accurately recording vital signs of residents as per state regulations
- Administering residents' medication according to physician's orders
- Working closely with the nursing team to ensure residents' well-being and care needs are met
- Ensuring residents remain empowered and engaged through quality care and support
- Required to be fully vaccinated/boosted against COVID-19, subject to exemptions based on medical or disability conditions
âš¡ Requirements
- Graduate of an approved LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse program with current state licensure and CPR certification
- Previous experience working with the elderly in a paid or volunteer position highly desirable
- Ability to closely mentor, guide, and direct CNAs in their job responsibilities
- Skilled in coordinating care needs with community providers via an effective case management process
- Proficient in accurately assessing, communicating, and documenting residents' status and implementing care plans
