✨ About The Role
- The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for delivering safe and therapeutic resident care from admission through discharge.
- Collaboration with physicians, families, and other healthcare team members is crucial for ensuring quality nursing care.
- Utilization of the nursing process is key to delivering quality care and restoring and maintaining each resident's capabilities.
- The goal of resident care is to help residents reach their maximum mental and physical level.
- The RN will work in a variety of care settings including independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation services.

- The ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
- They should be a Registered Nurse currently licensed in the state of Ohio.
- Experience in long-term care is preferred, along with current CPR certification.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for working with the multi-disciplinary healthcare team.
