- The Program Director will work directly with the Executive Director to coordinate cross-departmental services for Senior LIFE members.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and evaluating Senior LIFE staff to ensure high-quality care.
- The role involves managing staff schedules, including PTO and overtime, to maintain operational efficiency.
- The Program Director will assist with new member enrollments, including conducting initial assessments and care plan reviews.
- This position requires facilitating daily interdisciplinary meetings and family conferences to ensure comprehensive care.
β‘ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have at least five years of management experience, with a minimum of two years in a managerial role within a geriatric care facility or program.
- A current RN License is required, along with a valid Pennsylvania driverβs license.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role, as the Program Director will oversee interdepartmental teams.
- The candidate should possess a team-first attitude that inspires others and enhances personal performance.
- Experience in coordinating care planning and facilitating interdisciplinary meetings is highly valued.
