✨ About The Role
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Conduct follow-up visits after initial assessments and participate in weekly staffing and family sessions
- Develop treatment plans, prescribe pharmacologic interventions, and review laboratory and diagnostic test results
- Collaborate with attending psychiatrists and adhere to psychiatric and medical nursing procedures
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to obtain required information

- Experienced Nurse Practitioner with a minimum of three years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting
- Must have completed a Master's Program (Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner) from an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the State of Georgia is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for establishing empathy with patients
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and handle difficult situations with professionalism
