✨ About The Role
- Responsible for providing direct patient care to an assigned group of patients in the Family Birth Center
- Utilize the nursing process to prioritize and deliver efficient nursing care during night shifts
- Opportunity to work in a not-for-profit hospital with 24 beds, focusing on improving the health of patients in Socorro and Catron
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and healthcare providers to deliver a wide range of healthcare services

- Registered Nurse with an Associate Degree and a State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
- Ability to prioritize and deliver direct nursing care efficiently during night shifts
- Experience in utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care in a standards-based framework model
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to relocate to Socorro, New Mexico, and embrace the rural community charm
