We are seeking a strategic and solutions-oriented professional to manage capabilities that support our ancillary benefits management products. This role focuses on ideating, supporting research, translation of research into policy and helping enforce via our editing capabilities. You will be responsible for the policy functions of our portfolio and align capabilities with business and product strategies, monitor market trends to inform future direction, and ensure sustainable, impactful solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks.
- Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation
- Operate independently with minimal direction
- Demonstrate flexibility and solid collaboration skills
- Develop and refine processes for policy ideation and implementation
- Collaborate with product leaders and subject matter experts to drive policy initiatives
- Partner with the Chief Medical Officer to research and evaluate new ideas
- Translate research and white papers into actionable policy documents
- Influence and guide the prioritization of policy and rule development within product roadmaps
- Build cross-functional partnerships across product, medical, operations, sales, and rules teams to solve complex user experience challenges
- Proactively manage and resolve product issues, ensuring clear prioritization and transparent communication
- Serve as a subject matter expert for ABM solutions, supporting operations, product, and go-to-market teams

Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization
- 7+ years of Healthcare Industry experience (Healthcare reimbursement, claims adjudication, procedure/diagnosis coding knowledge)
- 7+ years of experience using data to analyze opportunities and outcomes to drive decisions
- 5+ years of experience interfacing with Clients
- 2+ years of experience writing policies
- Experience working with medical directors and translating research into policies and automated enforcement
- Experience utilizing solid collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a virtual environment
- Experience utilizing solid organizational skills
- Proven excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
- Proven ability to work with an emerging solution that involves ambiguity and flexibility
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Aha and Rally
- Familiarity with the UHG matrix

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
