- The role involves providing health education, coaching consumers on treatment alternatives, and supporting them in decision-making processes - Responsibilities include coordinating services and referrals to health programs, preparing individuals for physician visits, and managing utilization through education - The position requires assessing and triaging immediate health concerns, identifying gaps in care, and assisting members in understanding and utilizing their benefits - Special projects, initiatives, and other job duties as assigned will be part of the role - The hourly range for this position is $28.03 to $54.95 per hour, with additional benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution

⚡ Requirements

- Current, unrestricted RN licensure with 3+ years of Clinical RN experience, showcasing excellent clinical skills and critical thinking - Proven proficiency in inbound and outbound telephonic skills, with the ability to assess and identify needs, influence, and motivate effectively - Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Internet navigation - Ability to work under pressure, prioritize responsibilities appropriately, and manage utilization through education - Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, coaching and/or decision support experience, and managed care experience are preferred qualifications
