- The hourly compensation ranges from $28.03 to $54.95 per hour, with additional benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive programs, and 401k contributions
β‘ Requirements
- Experienced Registered Nurse with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience in ER, urgent care, or ICU settings
- Proficient in clinical assessment and intervention using the nursing process to ensure favorable patient outcomes
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle diverse calls and provide warm handoffs to advanced clinicians or physicians
- Skilled in managing patient care including medication reviews, plan of care updates, and collaboration with care teams and community providers
- Bachelor's degree in nursing and pre-existing licensure in multiple states, with the ability to obtain licensure for non-compact states within 6 months
