- The Triage Nurse/RN plays a critical role in patient care by assessing caller needs and determining appropriate next steps in patient care
- Responsibilities include clinical assessment, patient outreach, engagement, scheduling, and administrative functions
- Collaborate with Landmark staff, advanced clinicians, physicians, and community providers to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide support and intervention utilizing the nursing process and promote a customer service-oriented approach to care delivery
- Work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. on 1st shift, with the opportunity for career development within the organization
β‘ Requirements
- Experienced Registered Nurse with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience in ER, urgent care, or ICU settings
- Proficient in clinical assessment and intervention using the nursing process to ensure favorable patient outcomes
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle diverse calls and provide warm handoffs to advanced clinicians or physicians
- Skilled in managing patient care including medication reviews, plan of care updates, and immunization questions
- Bachelor's degree in nursing and pre-existing RN licensure in multiple states
