- Responsible for managing add or change requests and implementing them in the letter generation system
- Review and create denial letters to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
- Conduct internal Quality Control reviews on letter writing processes and activities
- Develop new letter templates or modify existing ones based on approved requests
- Analyze inventory and identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiencies
β‘ Requirements
- Experienced LPN nurse with at least 3-4 years of direct clinical patient care, preferably in a managed care environment
- Strong knowledge of managed care principles and medical terminology
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail
- Comfortable working with medical directors and collaborating with various stakeholders
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills
