- Experienced healthcare professional with at least 5-8 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a regulatory/compliance role within healthcare operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage resources effectively to maximize productivity and quality
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record in performance improvement processes and program development
- Proficient in clinical compliance and regulatory standards, with a deep understanding of infection prevention and control activities
- Willingness to travel 75% of the time to clinics, work in a self-directed and team-oriented manner, and occasionally work flexible hours
