- Registered Nurses in the Optum at Home program will work with patients in their home settings, primarily through virtual visits.

- The ideal candidate will have a current unrestricted RN license in the state of residence and a compact multistate RN license.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse is required, along with at least 1 year of case management experience.
- Candidates should possess experience in assessing the medical needs of patients with complex behavioral, social, and functional needs.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Electronic Medical Records, are essential for success in this role.
- Effective time management and communication skills are crucial, especially when working with diverse care teams and seniors.
