We are searching for an ambitious professional to join our team as an independent contributor. As Project Analyst, you will be joining a high-performance team. The Project Analyst is a vital team member supporting Contracts Managers in the Industry Relations Department to secure and maintain Rebate Agreements negotiated with pharmaceutical manufacturers.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide project management/reporting/administrative support to the team responsible for managing contracts with pharmaceutical companies and distributors in compliance with company contract templates, reimbursement structure standards, and other key process controls
• Generate weekly/monthly reports on contracts and revising as necessary
• Establishing and maintaining solid business relationships internal stakeholders that are engaging with US based pharmaceutical companies
• Tracking status of contracts, initializing and executing confidentiality agreements
• Establishing/maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Respond to inquiries and audits, including producing copies of Rebate Agreements
• Supporting special projects and initiatives
• Participating in additional projects as team resources require

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Reporting, and/or Administrative support role
• Experience communicating with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Experience in a role utilizing organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience understanding business needs and prioritizing work accordingly
• Experience managing project timelines and/or working in a deadline driven environment with a sense of urgency

Preferred Qualifications:

• US Healthcare / Pharmacy Benefit Management experience
• Contracting experience
• Healthcare/ Pharmacy / Pharmaceutical industry knowledge
• Familiarity with AdobeSign e-signature and/or Salesforce

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
