- The Payment Integrity Ideation Associate Director will be responsible for researching, sizing, analyzing, and delivering payment integrity content and innovation programs.
- This role will focus on identifying and developing concepts for UHC affordability specific to Home and Community spend.
- The successful candidate will analyze data containing health claims to understand drivers of spend and trends for UHC Home and Community.
- They will leverage data to identify errors or issues and work across the Affordability organization to design and propose solutions.
- The role requires establishing solid relationships with internal stakeholders to define, align, and deliver payment integrity initiatives.
β‘ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a current, active, and unrestricted RN License in the US.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in auditing, billing, and/or coding claims within a Payment Integrity domain is essential.
- Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience working in a matrixed and high-change environment, managing tight deadlines.
- Experience in research and analysis of claims data, with the ability to identify trends and patterns, is crucial.
- Strong communication skills are necessary, particularly in developing and presenting PowerPoint presentations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
