The Communications Specialist will be responsible for executing communication strategies that support business goals, enhance internal engagement, and ensure consistent messaging across platforms. This role requires strong analytical and storytelling skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality communication materials across multiple channels.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and deliver internal communications, including newsletters, campaign content, and site communications.
  • Manage and curate content on internal social platforms such as Viva Engage and SharePoint to drive employee engagement and knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate with HR, marketing, and design teams to align messaging with strategic priorities
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify communication gaps and recommend solutions
  • Manage communication timelines and ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Maintain brand consistency and tone across all communication touchpoints
  • Support the development of scalable communication frameworks and templates
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in corporate or business communications, preferably in a matrixed or global organization
  • Experience managing internal social platforms such as Viva Engage and SharePoint
  • Proven solid writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Proven solid interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualification:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with content management systems and design tools
